From the PrimeTech Family to yours, we hope everyone is staying safe and healthy. We also cannot thank the people working at the front lines during this crisis enough.

Even through a global pandemic, we are grateful and fortunate to still be able to help those of you looking for your new home. We recently leased up two of our homes in the Westside of Binghamton (pictured below) and we hope this provides some stability for our tenants in this uncertain time.

First, the Douglaston Plaza Shopping Center lost an anchor tenant in Macy’s in 2017.Then, with Lowe’s planning to take over the department store’s space, its proposal required shutting down Movie World. The theater closed last June.
