My Lulah.
She brings me and my family so much joy.
I had dogs growing up and wasn’t interested in getting another one.
My wife said a dog brings light and joy.
She was more than right!
Our doodle is excited and vivacious. She’s caring and loving. She’s playful and aggressive.
I’m excited to be with her daily.

I dress for the job. Actually I overdress for the job. When I participate in something, an event, a job, a party, I want to dress the part. I focus on my style and what I feel comfortable with. I also ensure that I show up prepared.
As an example
I don’t show up to play basketball in a suit.
I do show up in a shirt, shorts and excellent sneakers.
The uniform is part of playing the game.

I find that any kind of exercise helps me refocus and get my mission accomplished. I use working out as a tool.

I like to remember this as well -> it’s fun to play with tools! As a child, I’d swing a hammer or use a glue gun. This is just a big boy tool.

I’m testing out the here right now. Especially during the quarantine, i loved using this as a tool.
