Today, we’re celebrating the woman behind Wonder Woman Wednesday.

Susan founded Combs & Company at just 26, became the youngest-ever National President of Women in Insurance & Financial Services, founded Pancakes for Roger, and has built a career around leadership, mentorship, and supporting Veterans.

And now she’s adding another accomplishment to the list: her newest book, Wonder Women: The Untold Stories of Female Veterans, sharing the stories of women who served our country.

She’s a business owner, author, mentor, CrossFit Level 1, and—most importantly—the reason Wonder Woman Wednesday exists in the first place.

So today, we’re turning the spotlight back on the woman who’s spent so much time shining it on everyone else.

Wonder Woman Wednesday | Casey Molda

This year has reshaped the way Casey Molda thinks about leadership. By intentionally returning to “Sales 101,” Casey focused on listening with purpose, spending more time in the field, and strengthening relationships with the people she works alongside and supports every day.

One of the most rewarding parts of her year has been mentoring new female consultants as they begin their careers. Watching them build confidence, navigate challenges, and recognize their own potential has challenged Casey to grow as well.

Casey’s story is a reminder that meaningful leadership is built through presence, trust, genuine connection, and the confidence we help inspire in others.
