Residents CAN is a financial empowerment program. We provide residents living within NYCHA with FREE personal financial education and coaching. Residents CAN!

is a financial empowerment program that was designed to specifically serve NYCHA residents living in the Melrose, Jackson, Morrisania Air Rights, Davidson, Highbridge and Parkside developments in The Bronx. We offer free one-on-one help with budgeting, reducing debt, credit and more!
