It’s such an honor to work with our clients because the work is never just about numbers.
Yes, we help people understand their finances, build systems, track KPIs, organize debt, increase profitability, and create strategy — but the deeper work is helping people build lives and businesses that actually feel good to live in.
Sometimes KPIs look like revenue growth.
Sometimes they look like:
• How much rest did you get this week?
• Did you prioritize your body alongside your business?
• Did you move closer to the milestone you’ve been dreaming about?
• Did your catering inquiries increase this month?
• Did you create more space in your life outside of work?
That’s why working with and feels so meaningful.
This is a business that deeply prioritizes people and community. While I was there, someone rode by on a bike yelling, “I LOVE THIS CAFE!” and another person came in who Diana feeds regularly — no questions asked, no performance, just kindness and humanity.
It reminded me that sustainable businesses have the power to do so much good in the world. And our role isn’t just helping clients “make more money.” It’s helping them build infrastructure, systems, and financial clarity that allow them to continue serving their communities in a sustainable way.
Helping founders scale without losing the heart of what makes their business special is incredibly rewarding work.
