OPEN Finance OPEN Finance is a voluntary organization of LGBT employee networking group leaders at financial services firms.

Founded in 2009, OPEN Finance is a volunteer network that combines the expertise of our member firm's employee resource groups to drive forward LGBT equality and diversity. Meeting on a monthly basis, OPEN Finance members share best practices on building membership, engaging senior management and straight allies, promoting inclusive work environments, and coordinating events and philanthropic activities.

The 10th Annual OPEN Finance Forum will take place on October 23, 2026, hosted by Citi in New York City.

For the past decade, the Forum has brought together Pride ERG leaders, executive sponsors, DEI and HR practitioners, industry leaders, and LGBTQ+ advocacy organizations for a day of learning, connection, and meaningful dialogue on the future of inclusion in financial services.

This year’s program will feature conversations on LGBTQ+ leadership, healthcare, public policy, career growth, and community building, alongside networking opportunities with colleagues from across the industry.

Due to limited capacity, we are currently inviting members of the OPEN Finance community to request an invitation to attend. Priority will be given to employees of OPEN Finance member firms.

We look forward to celebrating this milestone year with our community.

representatives joined at their annual Pride Summit. As we kick off Month, we are looking forward to connecting with our community through meaningful discussions, networking events and opportunities to support other organizations that are driving forward LGBTQ+ equality and diversity.
