Well, the wait was worth it. We set out to share our first post when we purchased a property, and now it's done. It is in New York, it is a 2400 sqft house, 3 full floors to create a very large and elegant single family home. The first permits are arriving, but the most important ones are missing: Those that require plans. But we are on our way!
