When life gives you lemons...wear them. 🍋😂

The older I get, the less I care about trying to be perfect.

I'd rather laugh too much, make memories, take the picture, wear the outfit, and enjoy the people around me.

Life has a way of reminding you that time is precious, so I'm learning to stop saving things for "someday."

Wear the dress.
Take the trip.
Call your mom.
Tell people you love them.
Order dessert.

And if you see me out in a giant floppy hat...mind your business. 😂❤️

The older I get, the more I realize this is what life is really about. ❤️

Not the job.
Not the house.
Not the car.
Not the stuff.

It's about these moments.

The people who make you laugh until your stomach hurts.
The family that drives you crazy but would do anything for you.
The hugs, the holidays, the random pictures that end up meaning everything years later.

Life has taught me not to take these moments for granted.

If I've learned anything, it's to say "I love you" more often, take the picture, make the memories, and never assume you'll always have another chance.

I'm grateful for every single one of these faces. ❤️

She taught me that you work hard, you take care of your family, and you do the best you can with what you have.

We didn't grow up with a lot, but we had love, family dinners, and people who showed up for each other.

Looking back, so many of the values I have today came from watching her.

The older I get, the more I realize that the greatest gift we can give the people we love isn't money or things...it's making sure they're taken care of if something ever happens to us.

Hi, I'm Kristy.

For a long time, I thought life insurance was mostly about having enough money to bury someone and move on. That's what I grew up believing. We didn't have a lot of money, and if a job offered a small policy that covered the funeral, we felt lucky to have it.

Then life happened.

After losing my husband, I had to figure out grief, raising my kids, paying bills, and trying to keep my life from falling apart all at the same time.

That's when I realized life insurance isn't just about paying for a funeral.

It's about giving your family breathing room.

It's about having options when life changes overnight.

It's about one less thing to worry about on the hardest day of your life.

I'm starting this page because helping families understand their options is personal to me. I'm not here to pressure anyone or scare anyone. I just want to educate, share what I've learned, and hopefully help another family be a little more prepared than mine was.
