Buy Rates 1.299-1.419
Sell rates up to 1.499
Max Days: 120
Funding Limit: 250k
Minimum Time in Business: 6 months
Tier A:
-2nd position
-Funded no less than 30 calendar days prior
-650+ FICO
-High Daily balances
-1 NSF in last 3 months; 0 in the last month
-TIB: 10 years +
-Buy Rate: 1.299; Sell Rate: 1.399, 10 points; Up to 1.499, +5 points (50/50 split)
Tier B
-2nd - 3rd Positions
-600+ FICO
-Medium - High Daily balances
-3 NSF’s in last 3 months; 1 in last month
-TIB: 3+ years
-Buy Rate: 1.349; Sell Rate: 1.449, 10 points; Up to 1.499 (50/50 split)
Tier C
-2nd - 5th Positions
-500+ FICO
-Max 10 NSF’s; 3 in last month
-Buy Rate: 1.399; Sell Rate: 1.499, 10 points
Consolidations
-Will not consolidate positions more than 4 months out
-Max 10 NSF’s; 3 in last month
-8 points
