The minimum loan request is $10 Million.
A one-percent escrow deposit to a third-party paymaster is required.
A 45-day period of due diligence is required. This will include meeting with the principles, visiting offices and job sites, and meeting with company accounting staff.
Terms are usually crafted on a per-client basis; a typical loan can be for ten years with interest only and monthly payments, with a balloon payment of the principle due at year eleven or a complete rollover for another ten years. We can also set very competitive interest rates in return for 10% equity in your company.
We need to know how much you are requesting, and to have a description of your project, a pro forma describing it with earning projections, an executive summary, and any images, graphics, websites, or pdfs illustrating your venture.
All legal industries are welcome. We are processing loans for building projects, mining operations, infrastructure construction, and energy exploration and development (both fossil and renewable).
