Let me tell you a story about a man who one day made a decision that he wanted more for himself, his family, his friends, and his community. He devised a plan that would change his life forever and now he wants to share his secret with anyone willing to listen. First, the man had to separate himself from negative internal and external influences. This even included some childhood friends and close family members. He said “people will convince you, that you can’t, because they can’t.” Next, he had to educate himself and learn new behaviors. This included returning to school, researching topics of interest, and attending seminars and workshops. He also got him self a mentor. He said “knowledge is power and I have the power to be knowledgeable” He started to present himself assertively and not aggressively. He learned humility and compassion. Lastly, he made it his mission to break the cycle of generational poverty by helping to educate the young and the old about ways to change behaviors, reconstruct negative thinking, build positive and meaningful relationships, and create financial freedom for themselves and pass on a legacy for their family. This man wants to also help you make some healthy lifestyle changes and become successful in what ever life area you desire so you can see and feel the awesome power of change.
