Annual enrollment period is coming for Medicare. Make sure you review your plan changes for 2027, if your plan will not be offered in 2027 you will receive a letter from your carrier. As always if you would like help to review and understand your options reach out to get on the calendar for your no cost plan review.

The Fall Open Enrollment Period (October 15 to December 7) is less than a month away, and the best way to avoid feeling rushed is to start preparing now.

Before OEP begins:
✔️ Review your current Medicare coverage
✔️ Make a list of your prescriptions and preferred pharmacies
✔️ Watch for your Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) in September
✔️ Schedule a pre-OEP appointment with your local SHIP if you'd like personalized assistance

Many beneficiaries don't realize that plan costs, drug coverage, and benefits can change from year to year. Taking a few minutes to prepare now can make it much easier to compare plans when Medicare Plan Finder updates for the new plan year.

The Agency is thrilled to announce a new partnership between SAIL, Warren County Office of Emergency Services, and the Adirondack Balloon Festival.

Through this partnership, SAIL will be at the Adirondack Balloon Festival this weekend, September 18–20, providing wheelchairs and rollators for Festival attendees who need them, helping more people experience and enjoy the Festival in an accessible way.

We’re grateful to our partners for making this possible. We know we can’t do this work alone. Creating a more accessible community takes collaboration, partnership, and a commitment to making sure everyone has the opportunity to participate.

Our next Drive-Thru Food Distribution is happening TODAY!

We’ll have a variety of fresh, refrigerated, and shelf-stable food items available for our community. 🍎🥛🥖

📅 Wednesday, September 16
⏰ Starting at 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM or until food runs out, whichever happens first
📍 East Field — 175 Dix Ave., Glens Falls

🚗 Drive-thru/walk-through only
🚗 Please remain in your vehicle
📦 All food will be pre-packaged
🤝 Volunteers will place food directly into your vehicle
🙆‍♀️ Max of 2 families per vehicle, with a representative per household. No exceptions can be made.
