Our team is making strides for change with our Long Island based associates walking for causes close to our hearts in October. We brought our team spirit to:

• The Breakthrough T1D Walk to Cure Diabetes at Eisenhower Park, where we were recognized as the top fundraising team across Long Island and the New York metro area, raising over $50,000. With a history of supporting Breakthrough T1D for 25 years, we're committed to transforming Type One into Type None.
• The Autism Speaks Walk at Jones Beach, where we proudly earned the title of "Top Team,” raising over $19,000 to advance research, advocacy, and resources for the autism community.

Thank you to all our associates, families and supporters who made these achievements possible. Together, we're walking towards a more hopeful future.

We’re proud to share the establishment of an endowed deanship supporting medical student scholarships in partnership with Northwell Health and Donald & Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra University/Northwell.

The inaugural endowment of $3 million will enable more students to graduate debt-free from a top-ranked medical school, fully prepared to provide exceptional care to their patients and communities. This latest donation to the medical school, where we’ve had a longstanding relationship, is a testament to our unwavering commitment to its future, and we hope it will have a profound positive impact on future healthcare providers.

Today we recognize Disability Pride Month and the 34th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act, which was signed on July 26, 1990. We proudly celebrate and support our many talented associates with disabilities, our associates with disabled family members, and our community-based partners striving to ensure equitable employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
