As most of you know, the Tuscarawas County Convention and Visitors Bureau was part of a three county brew tour along with local partners Sublime Smoke, Hoodletown Brewery and Lockport Brewery. Over the weekend, the marketing firm that organized the tour posted a derogitory meme/post which had severe and swift PR ramifications. After speaking with our brew partners, Visit Canton and the Wayne County CVB, we have pulled the brew tour material from our office. Please do not hold any partner, brewery or food vendor responsible for a facebook post made by a 3rd party social media firm. They have been dealt with. Please continue to support our local partners.
