Dear Friends of Shoot My Reel,
After much thought, I have decided to close this small, yet successful, business. Recently I made the move to Los Angeles, and although I love working with actors and helping them create reels so that they have greater opportunities for work, I do not feel I can give my very all to the service, and that is the number one essential factor in any business.
I was very blessed to have worked with such an amazing team at Shoot My Reel. EVERYONE with whom I worked went out of their way to make sure that SMR was at the top of its game. They treated it as if it was their own, and poured hours of dedication into their work. It is difficult to find your tribe, but I really feel that you were mine. Every job was team effort, and your expertise helped turn out extraordinary reels. I still can't believe how much we shot in a day, and how each set was its own. We knocked it out of the park each time!!
I learned so much about myself during the two years we operated. Directing is something I absolutely love, and seeing a project from conception through creation is so rewarding. Working with SMR helped instill my confidence, and gave me so much joy.
Thank you to our clients for your business, and supporters for your encouragement, especially Debby Gaudet and Lance Nichols. I appreciate the faith you put in me.
