A man had inherited a property from his elderly dad but he lived out of state. He didn't have the time or money to fix up the property and wanted to sell quickly.
There was extra stress because it was during the height of Covid. Many people were feeling anxious and uncertain at this time. We took the time to speak with him and understand his situation. We were able find a young couple who were also feeling nervous and scared during this time. They needed to find a home because they were starting a family and were desperate to move out of the city.
Fortunately, we were able to help them both! We eliminated their headaches and closed quickly. Both seller and buyers felt relieved and were very grateful.
