I've met people who have completely changed their financial circumstances and still feel anxious about money.
They earn more.
They save more.
They invest.
They pay down debt.
But the fear doesn't always leave with the financial problem.
That's because our relationship with money isn't built entirely from numbers.
It's also shaped by our experiences.
What we saw growing up.
What we experienced.
What we lost.
What we were taught to believe.
And sometimes, our nervous system continues responding to an old financial reality even after our circumstances have changed.
That doesn't mean you're doing something wrong.
It means there's more to financial wellness than a balance sheet.
💬 Have you ever experienced financial anxiety even when you technically had "enough"?
You don't have to share anything personal. Even a "yes" is enough.
If this resonated with you, share this post with someone who needs to hear it.
