A conversation I have more often than you would think… 😂

Me: “What was this purchase for?”

Client: “It’s a business expense.”

Me: “Well… yes. 🤣 But WHAT did you buy?”

Knowing that something was for the business is only half the answer.

Amazon: $247.83

Okay… what did we buy?

Walmart: $86.42

Business expense. Got it. But WHAT WAS IT? 😂

Your bookkeeper needs to know what you actually purchased so we can categorize it correctly.

I promise I’m not being nosy when I ask questions. 😂 I’m just trying to figure out where that money actually went.

So when your bookkeeper asks, “What was this?”

Please don’t say, “A business expense.” 🤣

We know.

We just need to know WHAT YOU BOUGHT. 😂
