🏡 What’s REALLY stopping you from buying a house?

I hear the same reasons all the time:

❌ “My credit isn’t good enough.”
❌ “I don’t have 20% to put down.”
❌ “Interest rates are too high.”
❌ “I have too much debt.”
❌ “I’m self-employed, so I won’t qualify.”
❌ “I’m waiting for home prices to come down.”
❌ “I just don’t think I can afford it.”

Here’s the problem: you might be making a decision based on assumptions instead of actual numbers.

There are loan programs that require far less than 20% down. There are options for buyers with less-than-perfect credit. And for self-employed borrowers and investors, there are alternative programs that don’t always qualify you the traditional way.

Some closings in the mortgage business just hit differently. This is one of them. Jacobie and his wife were referred to me almost four years ago.
