However rates are beginning to turn around. 5-year in the 5.25% (A rated) to 5.70% (B++ rated) range, 3-year in the 4.95-5.00% (A-rated) to 5.50% (B++ rated) range, with a few carriers announcing further decreases effective later this week. Clients looking for near term guaranteed returns should consider these rates before they fall further.
