You can contact the number on the back of your card and they will be able to assist you.

It’s that time of year again…..Seeing ads about Medicare food cards? 🍎🛒
Some Medicare Advantage (MAPD) plans offer food cards and other great extra benefits but not everyone qualifies.

These benefits are usually available only if you meet certain criteria, such as specific health conditions or eligibility for special plans like D-SNP or C-SNP.

Before switching plans, make sure the benefits you’re excited about are ones you actually qualify for.
