Hey Everyone, learned something else that’s happening in the insurance world.
If the insurance company’s rating drops below the minimum allowed, the lender is canceling the coverage and telling the borrower they need to get replacement insurance.

Hi everyone!
 Being a loan officer I want to make sure that the people I’m associated with and anyone beyond that, I have some important fire insurance information for you. In  some instances, some homebuyers obtained title as individuals and later change that into the family trust.  They also need to update their homeowners insurance to include the name of the family trust. If they do not, they have a chance of not being covered because of the vesting. Please make sure that all of your documents are up-to-date.
