Our Q2 Summit brought FCM leaders together for a day of learning, collaboration, and meaningful conversations as we continue to grow stronger together. We were honored to welcome the CEO and President of First Community Bank, who shared valuable insights and engaged in a Q&A with our leadership team.

After a productive day of discussion and idea-sharing, the team gathered for dinner, relationship-building, and a little friendly competition. From tug-of-war and sack races to egg races and plenty of laughs, the evening was a great reminder that strong teams are built through both collaboration and connection.
