Last month, our leadership team came together for Summit Leadership Day, focusing on alignment, collaboration, and strengthening the foundation of First Community Mortgage.

The day concluded at Liberty’s Station in Murfreesboro with dinner and hands‑on service through FCM Cares. Leaders worked together to support local nonprofits, taking meaningful action to serve families, children, veterans, and individuals in need, while also supporting Liberty’s Station’s mission to provide job training and employment opportunities for adults with disabilities.

A powerful reminder that leadership is built through connection, service, and shared purpose.
