Today, I took a LONG lunch break… and for once, it was DOCTOR’S ORDERS! 😂💆‍♀️

I’ve been battling some serious sciatic nerve pain, so I headed over to FMB Wellness Center & Day Spa for a little much-needed relief.

And then… I met AIDEN! 🙌

Y’all, picture a linebacker-sized, muscle-bound massage therapist. Now let me tell you something… THIS MAN KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING! 💪😂

He found muscles and pressure points I didn’t even know existed! I’m not kidding when I say this man worked some MAGIC!

AND THE BEST PART? I ACTUALLY GOT PAIN RELIEF! 🙌❤️

Aiden, you are officially MY ANGEL! 😇
