Ok, last post about 2024, I promise. 😂. #1 in SC, NC, and VA

But in all seriousness, when I joined in 2022, many folks wondered why I left my own branch to work under the SSB umbrella.

Being able to say yes more often has allowed me to assist more clients than ever.

Whether it’s a construction need, lot loan, physician financing, in-house down payment assistance, 100% financing programs, we have it all!

If you didn’t know, I can assist in all 50 states! Let’s make it happen in 2025!

Riding into 2025 with new goals in sight. But didn’t want to skip the fact I beat my goal by more than 10% in 2024!

and I have our eyes set on an even higher number this year. Hopefully the economy settles down and a balanced market continues to yield more opportunities.

I love being in sales. There’s nothing like knowing that I start over each and every month. Put the work in and the results speak for themselves.

Today is a big day! For the first time, I’ve crossed $50 million in production for the year. Still have more left in the tank but it’s good enough to be #1 in my region (SC, NC, and VA) and #4 in the company as a whole a YTD.

and I have been able to navigate the largest deals of our careers and learned a ton along the way. I appreciate her 8 years assisting me!

I’m so thankful to be supported by and of course the best group of realtors, business partners, and clients a mortgage lender could ask for.

We’ve started to see a more balanced market in our area than we have in the last 36 months. Looking forward to keeping the pedal down in 2025!

A phone call in late August ended with one of the best feeling closings of the year!

worked her magic and successfully negotiated two home sale contingencies for our military Veteran buyer.

On the mortgage side, we assisted with our VA loan that many lenders would have said couldn’t be done in this scenario.

Due to having a non-spouse co-borrower, additional steps and documentation were required, including having the VA office in Atlanta approve the loan.

Who you work with matters. We got our client an amazing deal and now she’s moving to Charleston to fully enjoy retirement.

Icing on the cake was the fact this closing was the one that secured a new record production year for me in the mortgage industry. I have my eyes set on a big goal for the end of the year.

The pedal is to the floor!

And yes, I sometimes travel with chunks of Yellowfin Tuna in my car 😂😂

Incredibly excited to announce that I am joining SouthState Bank as their newest Mortgage Banker.

I am thankful to everyone at DML for the last four years. It was an amazing journey and has allowed me to further my career beyond what I knew was possible.
