After many heartfelt conversations and careful consideration, Kratzer Insurance Inc will be permanently closing our Northumberland office on May 29, 2026.
This decision was not made lightly. Over the years, our Northumberland office has been more than just a place of business — it has been a part of the community, built on relationships, trust, and the support of so many wonderful clients and families. As our industry and communities continue to evolve, we also must adapt in order to remain strong, efficient, and able to serve our clients well into the future.
In addition, Ray Troutman, branch manager of our Northumberland office, has made the decision to retire. We are deeply grateful for Ray’s years of dedication, service, and commitment to both our agency and the community he has faithfully served. We wish him nothing but the very best in this well-earned retirement.
Moving forward, our main office in Mount Pleasant Mills will continue caring for all clients from the Northumberland location with the same personal service, dedication, and commitment you have always known from our team.
We are incredibly thankful for the friendships and memories made throughout the years in Northumberland. Your loyalty and trust have meant more to us than words can express, and we are honored to have been part of this community.
