Thank you for shopping at Crittertine Creations. My client’s satisfaction is very important and is my number one goal. As a Mom and full-time student, I do have other additional priorities that require my time and attention. As such, I ask that you be considerate of this aspect of this business. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding my products or your order. ● Policies and Procedures: ○ All times associated with this business shall be calculated based upon Crittertine Creations’ time zone, Pacific Standard Time (PST). ○ I do not claim ownership of any licensed characters on my page. My fee is strictly for the supplies utilized and time spent creating and personalizing your item. ○ All items are made in the USA with love and care in a clean, smoke-free, pet-free, environment. ○ If a problem arises, I ask that you please refrain from posting negative comments or feedback until five (5) days after you have contacted me to resolve the issue. ● Ordering: ○ To place an order, please send a message here on Facebook or email me at [email protected] and include the following: - Name of item; - Size of item (if applicable); - Personal measurements (if applicable); - Color preference (if applicable); - Preference for attachments and eyes (if applicable); - PayPal email address; and - Shipping preference. ○ Colors may vary slightly due to computer screens/lighting/settings/etc. These variations are not terms for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please ask questions about specific color prior to ordering. ○ Some of my creations contain small parts which may pose a choking hazard for children. Please, do not leave young children unattended while using or wearing these items. ○ If you have any questions, please ask prior to placing your order. ● Payment: ○ At this time, PayPal is the only form of payment accepted for all non-local orders. PayPal is the safe, easy and secure way to pay online. PayPal allows clients to purchase securely using Credit or Debit card without creating a PayPal account. ○ Custom Created items must be paid in full prior to being placed on the production list, the materials being order, or commencement of the creation of the item. ○ Custom order pricing shall be handled through personal message. ○ Ready-to-ship items must be paid in full prior to item being shipped. ○ Local clients may pay with cash while following the same guidelines for all other orders. Please message to make payment arrangements. ● Layaway: ○ If you are short of funds but have found that “special” item, a layaway plan may be arranged. ○ Use of a layaway plan must be authorized prior to your order being placed. ○ Layaway is only available on purchases with a minimum amount of $80.00. ○ A down payment of 50% on each items is required at the time of the layaway order. This amount is nonrefundable. ○ An additional 10% charge will be assess to all orders paid via layaway. ○ Balance of the account must be paid in full within thirty (30) days (unless prior arrangements have been made) or the entire payment will be forfeited and the order will be cancelled and all items will be listed as “for sale”. ○ There is a three (3) payment limit after the initial 50% down payment, unless otherwise authorized. ○ After receipt of the final payment, the item(s) will be shipped. ● Shipping: ○ All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service First-Class mail with delivery confirmation. ○ Items shipped within the continental United States typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days from shipping date. Please allow one to four weeks for production, depending upon the availability of materials and position on production list. Time frame shall be included on each invoice. Any changes to the time frame shall be immediately communicated to the client. ○ Insurance and tracking are available at an additional cost. Choosing not to insure your order means that you knowingly accept the risk of loss or damage to your items during shipping without means for reimbursement. I shall not be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. ○ Ready-to-Ship items will usually be shipped the following business day after receipt of payment. ○ Custom Created items will usually be shipped the following business day after completion and photo approval. ○ It may be possible to place a “rush” on an order for an additional fee. Please inquire prior to placing an order. ● International orders: ○ Please allow a minimum of 2 to 4 weeks for delivery due to customs. ○ International clients are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. ○ Orders that are shipped to countries outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. ○ Additional charges for customs clearance are to be paid by client only as Crittertine Creations has no control over these charges and cannot predict what the charges may be. ○ Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. ● Undeliverable Items: ○ Clients shall be notified immediately by private message of any order that is returned as undeliverable. ○ Client shall have seven days to contact me through private message to resolve any shipping issue. ○ In the event the client fails to contact me about the undeliverable order within seven days no-refund will be issued. ○ If the shipping issue is my fault, I shall re-ship the item and cover the costs. Otherwise, the new shipping costs shall be the client’s expense and must be paid prior to item being re-shipped. ○ I shall not be responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipping. ● Cancellation of an order: ○ Immediate payment is requested and much appreciated. ○ I reserve the right to cancel an order in the event payment is not received or an email within 48 hours of the submission of the invoice. ○ Once an order has been processed and production has begun, a full cancellation cannot be completed. Partial refunds may be available. ○ Please review production and shipping times prior to placing an order. ● Refunds: ○ I strive to provide high quality items and fast, courteous service. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately. Please check ability to refund item at the time of placing your order. ○ Please check over your items immediately upon receipt of your package. All sales are final seven (7) days after delivery, no exceptions. ○ Any shipping costs not included in the original purchase shall not be refunded. ○ If you would like to return an item, a refund will be issued for the cost of the item minus a $10.00 restocking fee. ○ Refunds shall only be issued upon receipt of the returned item in its original condition. - Must include all original tags and labels still attached. - Must be free from any cooking odor, cigarette odor, perfume/cologne odor, pet odor, pet hair, etc. ○ Refunds shall not be issued for any item that appears to have been laundered. ○ Any item returned in any condition other than original condition will receive no refund. Client shall be notified via private message of refund denial and allowed to choose between paying for shipping to receive returned item or have the item donated to charity. ○ Refunds shall only be issued through PayPal. ○ Refunds for a “change of heart” or simply buyers remorse are prohibited; however, an exchange for an item of equal value may be discussed via private message. ○ Custom color choices, non-standard sizes, and custom designs are non-refundable. ● Exchanges: ○ In the event that the item ordered is not a correct fit, it may be possible but is not guaranteed to be exchanged for a different size in the same color and pattern originally ordered. ○ The price difference between the different sizes must be paid prior to the item being placed on the production list. ○ A replacement item shall not be placed on the production list until receipt of the returned item in it’s original condition and payment of the price difference between the original size and the new size. ○ Shipping costs for returning the original item(s) and the replacement item(s) are the client’s responsibility. ● Hat sizing: To ensure correct hat sizing, please measure the circumference of the intended wearers head around the largest part of the head then subtract 1-1.5 inches to determine the hat circumference size. ○ Preemie 1: (1-2 pounds) Hat Circumference 7.5-8" & Hat Height 3-3.5" ○ Preemie 2: (2-3 pounds) Hat Circumference 8.5-10" & Hat Height 3.5" ○ Preemie 3: (4-5 pounds) Hat Circumference 9-10" & Hat Height 3.5-4" ○ Newborn 1: (5-6 pounds) Hat Circumference 10-11" & Hat Height 4-4.5" ○ Newborn 2: (7-9 pounds) Hat Circumference 12-12.5" & Hat Height 4.5-5.5" ○ 1-3 months: Hat Circumference 13-13.5" & Hat Height 5.5-6" ○ 3-6 months: Hat Circumference 14-14.5" & Hat Height 6-6.25" ○ 6-9 months: Hat Circumference 15" & Hat Height 6.25-6.5" ○ 9-12 months: Hat Circumference 15.5" & Hat Height 6.5" ○ 12-18 months: Hat Circumference 16" & Hat Height 6.75-7" ○ 18-24 months: Hat Circumference 17" & Hat Height 7-7.25" ○ 2-5 years: Hat Circumference 17-18" & Hat Height 7.25-7.5" ○ Child: Hat Circumference 18-19" & Hat Height 7.75-8" ○ Teen: Hat Circumference 19-20" & Hat Height 8-8.5" ○ Adult Female: Hat Circumference 20-21" & Hat Height 8.75-9" ○ Adult Male: Hat Circumference 21-22" & Hat Height 9.25-9.5"
