Currently, our nationally ranked office is looking to add one more individual to join our team to assist our growth and expansion within Grundy County. In this role, you will:
-Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
-Identify and support local community events in our market
-Develop relationships with local community members – including realtors, lenders, apartment complexes, and property management companies
-Oversee a team of Sales Support Specialists and help them to drive activity and lead generation through multiple sources
-Work directly with our Internet Lead Providers to acquire new business in the county
-Be held accountable to reach personal Sales Goals that include offering Auto, Home and Life Insurance
