March 27, 2023, a new loan program became available called the CalHFA Dream for All Shared Appreciation loan program.
Downpayment assistance is up to 20% of the sales
price or the appraised value of a home, whichever is
less. This loan can be used to cover down payment
and/or closing costs associated with the purchase.
