Hey everyone, Devon Stanley here in Mooresville. I'm an Associate Broker with Stanley Benefits, and I wanted to hop on to introduce myself!
Before I got into insurance, I was running heavy equipment for an asphalt company. I enjoyed the work, but I wanted a career where I could help people more directly, and insurance immediately clicked. Most Americans don't feel confident navigating health insurance, because nobody really teaches it.
I realized something quickly when I started in the industry: people are forced to make expensive decisions within a system that's very hard to understand. So, I keep it simple. My job is to make sure you're not guessing when you pick a plan, and that you understand it before you pay for it.
I'm early in my career, but I'm trained closely under an extremely influential mentor with 20+ years in the insurance and HR industry, who also happens to be the owner of Stanley Benefits.
