I trust this message finds you in good health. I’m excited to share a major development designed to bring enhanced benefits and services.
Myers-Ziemke is merging with the Hertvik Insurance Group, a company with a rich legacy of providing personalized insurance solutions dating back to 1946. I will be stepping away from the day-to-day management of the agency. Moving forward that will be handled by the team at Hertvik Insurance run by Jack Hertvik, the President of the Hertvik Insurance Group, who brings over 20 years of experience focused on superior customer service.
I will remain with the agency in a consulting capacity and to help with new sales.
This strategic merger is aimed at preserving the outstanding customer service that you’ve come to associate with Myers-Ziemke, while enhancing it further. With Hertvik Insurance, we are expanding our reach to a variety of insurance companies that were previously unavailable to us. This means more options for you, guaranteeing optimal coverage at the most affordable prices.
In addition, Hertvik Insurance will extend office hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 4:30) and boost staff availability to serve you better. The local presence will continue as Hertvik Insurance plans to operate out of the same building here in Monroeville. Many of you already know Lynnette Nester, she will continue working with the agency. Two additional staff members, Michelle Fisher and Julie Lloyd will also be working in Monroeville.
Over the coming year, the brand name Myers-Ziemke Insurance Agency will transition to Hertvik Insurance Group. While our name changes, our unwavering dedication to serving you as your trusted local insurance agent remains steadfast.
