One of the best lessons I took away from my conversation with Ty Hobbs is the true meaning of giving back.
Ty is deeply involved with Grizz Kids, an organization that gives underserved kids in Missoula the chance to experience Grizz football — complete with tickets, gear, food, and memories they’ll never forget. Watching him light up talking about the looks on those kids’ faces made me reflect on how powerful it is to create moments that show young people there’s something bigger and better out there for them.
Whether it’s sparking a love for the game, building community, or simply giving a kid a day they’ll remember forever, Ty and the Grizz Kids team are changing lives one Montana football game at a time.

One of the most powerful mindset shifts I’ve heard in a long time came from my conversation with Ty Hobbs.
Ty shared that instead of living in a “but” world — always choosing between business growth OR family time, success OR balance — we should live in an “AND” world. How can we grow our business and take the vacation? How can we build wealth and be present with our families?
It’s such a simple but profound reframe, especially coming from someone who’s faced real hardship. I really appreciated Ty opening up about losing both parents at a young age, the resilience it built in him, and how that pain ultimately shaped his drive in business and life.
