Part of the reason why some people don’t make progress in life is because they are not focused, frequent and persistent. They give up the moment things get hard , nothing in this world worth having is easy . The secret to continuous growth and success in life is daily pounding on your goals , keep showing up with the right attitude everyday weather it’s working or not . As you do this you are doing two things , firstly you are working on that particular goal and secondly you are working on building a character. The second part is the most important because you are building an innate capacity that no one or nothing can take away from you . The universe will reward you big when you keep showing up daily . Build a laser focused mindset and watch yourself become what others only dream of becoming.

Money is simply two things energy and confidence. Money is not the physical currency you carry around , when people become confident about you and the value you bring , they will exchange it with money . Recall in bible times Abraham was the richest man , but not in money . The man had oxen , goats and servants more than anyone , then In Solomon’s time , the man had the gold and silver more than anyone , then in the times of our four fathers , they had lands and cowries . These things tells us that money is simply having economic power, which comes by giving value . It comes to those who have value to offer in exchange of it , the bigger the value you have to offer and the higher number of persons you can offer that value determines how plenty of it you can have in your bank account. You can not make a lot of money just exchanging your time for money , so many do not know this because the schools don’t teach them . Today start to invest in yourself , then invest in a business or other people in multiple ways and watch how the values you give translates to money . If this post helps you , please share it .

Public speaking gave me more opportunities than any other business I have ever had. Yes it’s not an easy thing to do but it’s a skill that can be learnt over time . When I was growing up as an only child I became an introvert and couldn’t express myself properly in public , I started reading books on public speaking when I was twenty and realized I was lacking in that area ,I would practice speaking to a crowd in front of my mirror in my one room apartment back in ikotun Lagos . I can see my dads face even right now as I type this , he laughing at my performance as I stood in front of my mirror 😁 . He would ask me where are your audience? And my response was they are coming 🤣 . Fast forward to the last three years I have spoken in front of crowds up to two thousand people in conferences. Today start preparing yourself for your audience, develop the skills you need now for your future career in public speaking.

One of the reason why some people never get to succeed in life is because they lack the skill of collaboration. One man/woman can newer build an empire . It’s easy for two people to move a couch than one person , four people even better said my late father . When you genuinely extend your arm out to collaborate, magic starts happening. Today take a break and look around you, ask yourself who can I collaborate with to move me , my ideas and life forward . Then be the first to reach out . Lastly when reaching out to collaborate make sure you are coming with with some value on the table and not empty handed .

Investing is a skill that so many do not know about because it is not taught in schools . In my years of doing business and coaching people from all over the world I have met people who worked hard for their monies then put it under their beds or deposit in the bank and forget it there . This is a huge reflection of their myopic understanding of money and investing . Your Money under your bed is useless, money not used to invest is as useless as the paper that was used to print it . Money becomes valuable when sent on an errand to multiply and not when saved in a bank or placed under the bed .

Thoughts are things , powerful things , so much that if you can keep shut for a while day and listen to your thoughts you will move your life forward in 6 months .
