I can't believe the amount of clients I have received lately who have told me $1100, $1500, $400 sign up fees for my competetors.
They don't care about their clients. They just care about getting paid. We aren't the same.

We send the same validation letters.

Ive been hearing horror stories lately about slumlords not giving security deposits back. Heres the best advice I can give you. If you are close to the end of the lease, choose not to pay your last months rent, and tell your landlord to use your security deposit instead.
You obviously are aware your sketchy landlord isnt giving this back. So dont take the chance.

FYI: From April to May the Bureaus have updated credit scoring formulas causing a 15 delay in investigations. I am just now getting results from April.
