Heavner's Kids Club Get Your Kids or Grandkids out into Nature!! Join Heavner’s Kids Club to learn about outdoor play, education, exploration, and adventure! This is a free program.

Heavner Nature Connection has a mission of "No Child Left Inside (Regardless of Age)." To help achieve this, we created Heavner's Kids Club! Heavner's Kids Club is for children as young as two up to ten years old (although all ages are welcome) to come explore the outdoors via trail or water with their parents, grandparents, and guardians. We help create great memories as well as positive bonds wi

th nature and each other. Heavner's Kids Club is offering two fantastic programs this summer: the Moo Canoe at the Kensington Farm Center and Family Nature Hikes at Farmington Hills Nature Center. The Moo Canoe consists of a hayride, a canoe trip, and a picnic and games by the water's edge. Summer 2017 dates:

All events are from 9:30 am - noon. Group rates and private group outings are available. For more information including prices, go to heavnercanoe.com/moo_canoe. Every Tuesday from 10:30 - 11:15 am is the Family Nature Hike at Farmington Hills Nature Center. Each week we will take an imaginary kayak ride, go on a nature hike, and learn about different animals and/or nature concepts. Stay tuned on this page for when this will begin this year.
