This weekend at Unblinded hit differently.
Not just because of the rooms or the conversations —
but because family was in the room too.
The name Vesuvio carries history.
It carries responsibility.
And it carries choice.
Having my 18-year-old son here with me, as a high school senior standing at the edge of some very real, very tough decisions, added an entirely different layer to this experience.
Watching him observe.
Listen.
And quietly take in what it looks like when people build with intention, values, and long-term vision reminded me why proximity matters.
Unblinded isn’t just about business growth.
It’s about alignment.
It’s about who you surround yourself with when the stakes are high — personally and professionally.
As I look ahead to 2026, I’m clear on this:
I’m building with family in mind.
I’m choosing rooms with purpose.
And I’m honoring the name Vesuvio by doing work that lasts — and decisions that matter.
Grateful for this weekend.
Grateful for these moments.
And incredibly excited for what’s ahead.
