Looks can be deceiving…

From the outside, this wall looked perfectly fine. No visible damage. No obvious signs of a problem.

But inside, water was slowly migrating through the wall and leaking onto the floor.

Using thermal imaging, we were able to detect hidden moisture behind the surface. Once the wall was opened, the source of the leak — along with significant moisture damage and mold growth — was exposed.
