It’s been a great week at M&M Private Lending Group. 💰🔥

One at 11 Residences Downtown Miami, one in Palm Beach Gardens, and another in Sunny Isles Beach. We’ve become a preferred hard money lender for challenge files and difficult condo closings that need to get DONE.

Many reasons… borrower issues, conventional financing problems, condo restrictions, timing issues, foreign national complications, documentation problems — the list goes on.
