When touring homes, these red flags can be a problem...
Heavy artificial scents. Ceiling stains. Patchy fresh paint. Cracks near doors or windows. Poor drainage outside.

None of these are dealbreakers on their own — but each one is worth a second look before you fall for a house.

Touring homes soon? Let's walk one together. 👀 DM me.

“Is it really a bad time to buy?”

I get why you might think so. The headlines can make it feel like everyone is waiting.
But real estate isn’t one-size-fits-all.

My clients have different goals, different timelines, and different reasons for making a move. And sometimes, the right opportunity comes along when you least expect it.
The question isn’t, “Is it a good time to buy ?”

It’s, “Is it the right time for me?”

If you’re curious what that could look like for you, get in my DMs and let’s start the convo!🏡

Sometimes, that means walking a property with a contractor to help a landlord get it rent-ready 🛠️

It’s one of the many ways I support my clients beyond just the transaction.

Thinking about selling your home in South Florida? This one's for you. 👇

One thing can make or break your sale, and it's not the kitchen updates or fresh paint.

It's how your home is positioned from day one.

The first few days after your home hits the market are the most important. Buyers receive new listing alerts, agents schedule showings, and your home gets the most exposure.

That opportunity doesn't last long, so having the right strategy from the start is key.

That means pricing your home based on today's market, showcasing it with professional marketing, and having a clear plan if adjustments are needed along the way.

If we haven't met yet, hi! I'm Miriam Gilmore. I've been helping clients in South Florida area for decades, and I'd love to help you create a strategy that gets your home sold with confidence.

📩 Thinking about making a move? Let's talk.
