Miami Beach late-November Magic!
Humidity? Gone. Temps? Perfect mid-70s. Ocean still swimmable. The island just turned on “quiet luxury” mode.
This is the calm before the Art Basel storm. Cash buyers are sneaking in early, scooping waterfront estates on North Bay Road, Sunset Islands, and hot SoFi condos ($3-6M flying off the shelf). Best properties won’t last till Christmas.
The vibe: infinity pool mornings ☕, golden hour walks, dinner reservations that are actually available.
