Finally back from an IG Hiatus so prepare for the wrath of my photo dumps! Here’s a peak into my girls trip from a few weeks ago with the woman, the myth, the legend!

And yes, when I wasn’t working from the balcony, we were reading a book per day out on the beach! ☺️

She was able to prequalify my clients, and get me the pre-approval letter during the weekend which played the key role in my ability to secure my clients accepted offer.
Then she communicated with me and my clients on a regular basis giving us an update on where we were in underwriting and got the loan approved to close ahead of schedule.

She made it possible for my clients to close their home 1 week ahead of scheduled closing date enabling them ti fulfill their wish of getting married and closing on their Home the same week😃.

I would highly recommend Aspen Arias to anyone seeking top notch services from the loan officer.
