I am a Baby Boomer as my parents were from the WWII generation. I grew up with parents that emphasized plenty of play, sleep and absolutely good nutrition. There were 7 Loretta siblings so we fought, laughed and loved each other. One thing Mama Eleanor demanded was to eat healthy which meant eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. I love papaya, mango and mamey (all fruits) to this day because of my early childhood. With obesity the way it as skyrocketed here in the UDS, eating fruits and veggies is fundamental. I found a great solution that is convenient because it bridges the gap on what I do eat and what I should eat.
