💡 Funding Myth vs Reality

Myth: You need perfect 740+ credit to get an investment loan.
Reality: Many DSCR lenders work with credit as low as 660 — what matters more is the deal’s cash flow (your DSCR).

For example, a borrower with a 676 FICO and 1.25 DSCR can qualify with just 20% down on a rental property.

👉 If you’ve been holding back because you thought your credit wasn’t “good enough,” it might be time to take another look.
