In my last 2 years of being in the insurance industry I have learned few things. One of the primary thing I have learned is most people do not have proper insurance coverages. They have amazing rates but it’s not covering as much as they believe it is. We in our agency value proper coverage and want to make sure if people do not have sufficient coverages that they are at least aware. Sad day in the office. We got a call from clients son today. His father passed away in a house fire along with another family member and their pets. These are tough phone calls we receive in our industries. Please be praying for the families!

Please take some time and make sure you have life insurance in place for you and your families. We underestimate the impact we have on our families if we are not here. Please make appointment with your insurance agent and talk through some options.

I reviewed a families home and auto rates that was with another company. We helped them understand their current coverages and gave some helpful advise. In the end they switched over their auto and I encouraged them to keep their home with their current company and helped them tweet their policy. . Each Insurance company has certain types of client they are looking for and those clients get rated better then everyone else. One company may be good for 18-25 while another 25 and older.

When you fit the type of client an insurance company is looking for you often get excellent rates.

Few days ago i helped a client save $167 a month on his auto insurance and at the same time doubling his coverages. Then we used that saving to write few life insurance policies for him.

This is a potential client I am quoting currently that is with another company.

HOME OWNERS: Please BEFORE you file a CLAIM, talk with your insurance agent or restoration company or roof company. Get an estimate on the repair cost and factoring your deductible make sure it makes sense. This client filed a claim and their deductible was $1,000, they were paid out $216. This will increase their home insurance when they shop around and or at renewal.
