Brett has led Mansfield Realty Group, a Nashville-based real estate appraisal firm, since 2013. He holds certified general appraiser licenses in Tennessee and Kentucky and currently serves as Chair of the Tennessee Real Estate Appraiser Commission.
His experience spans residential and commercial valuation, working with national lenders, community banks, Metro Nashville, TDOT, the IRS, and attorneys. He also provides litigation support and expert witness testimony.
Brett has been closely involved in preparing his firm for the transition to UAD 3.6 and the redesigned Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR). At our luncheon, he'll share practical insights into these changes and what they mean for mortgage lending and real estate professionals.
