The 50/30/20 budget rule is a simple way to manage your money and take control of your finances. Here's how it works:

- 50% for Needs:
Half of your income should go toward essential expenses like rent or mortgage, utilities, groceries, transportation, and insurance—things you absolutely need to live.

- 30% for Wants:
Thirty percent of your income is for things you enjoy but don’t necessarily need, like eating out, entertainment, shopping, or hobbies. This is your "fun" money.

- 20% for Savings and Debt Repayment:
The last 20% goes to building your future. This includes saving for emergencies, retirement, paying down debt, or investing in long-term goals.
