With building cost and the housing market going up, I am seeing a lot of houses underinsured. I feel like whenever someone hears you talk about life insurance, especially people in there 20s, they tend to block it out. I have had multiple clients call looking for life insurance that are in there 40s and have a harder time getting it. While you are healthy and young is the best time to get a whole life product. The reason being is your paying a lower premium, has more time to build cash value, and have something in place if you were to pass at a younger age. I am noticing that people in there 20s do not fully understand the value of getting a life policy this young. Most people tell me that they have it through work, which at times is not enough. If you have it through work what happens if you were to lose that job or retire?? The life policy would be no more.

It's that time of year again, y'all come out to trolley night this Friday and support the local business and see what they are doing! Good little date night and with some restaurants offering specials, you could save some money!

South Main Trolley Night is the last Friday of the month when the shops and galleries host open houses, usually with some live music, free drinks and snacks, and special openings or events.
