A couple of days ago Tab and I decided to go to the Humboldt boys game in Murfreesboro to see them play in the second round of the TSSAA basketball tournament. Tab took off her engagement ring to put on some hand lotion in the truck. She placed her ring in her lap while we were still sitting in my truck. Speeding up the story, we’re in the game now and Tab said give me the truck keys in panic mode and she pushed me over, headed back to the parking lot. Tab had gotten out of the truck and she had dropped her ring 💍 on the ground 🤦🏽♂️. I went outside to assist Tab with looking under my truck and the SUV parked next to my truck. We looked for her ring for over an hour. I then called the campus police to file a report. Tab is and was hysterical the WHOLE time, OMG 😳. Between trying to hold and console Tab and look for her ring, I called on Jesus!! I told Tab to calm down and let’s turn it over to him. This may be God’s way of testing our love. Immediately, we both heard a horn we figured that someone was looking for their vehicle. We were both correct it was Coach Lonnie Starks Liberty Tech girls’ basketball coach. He said hey coach what are you doing on the ground up under your truck? Coach Starks’ SUV was parked right next to my truck. I said Tab my fiancé lost her engagement ring and we’re looking for it. He said, I have it right here in my front pocket, I found it earlier when we arrived in the parking lot. I know that people in the parking lot and passing on the street thought that Tab and I were crazy!!! We praised God 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 with Coach Starks and his lovely wife Mrs. Diane. After I came through from the smelling salt, I praise the Lord some more!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 When the campus police arrived, I informed her that we had found Tab’s ring and she began to praise the Lord as well.
The moral of our testimony is to always lean and depend on God!! No matter what you’re going through give it over to God, and he will work it for you and your situation!!
🙌🏽💍🙏🏽❤️
