While I am continuing to build up my experience working with other businesses, my rates will be lower. I am grateful for the chance to learn and grow!

In addition to lower starting rates, I have lowered them more for any business who is in an area in North Carolina that was hit by Hurricane Helene.

This will be the prices until 12/31/25. Must be in an affected area and agree to at least 1 month of service in a signed contract to qualify.

While SMC Ideal Services is a new business, I have some prior experience!

My professional experience with spreadsheets and data entry began in 2014 when I became a Quality Auditor at a local factory. The data collected from the audits was received by the office for viewing and decision making.

Later my experience was improved upon with my own business. In that product based business, I used spreadsheets for inventory, pricing, budgets, and records. The bookkeeping aspect was one of my favorite parts, which is what led me to open up my own service. I know that not everyone loves data, record keeping, and math. I have a passion for helping small businesses like yours with this, whether it's something you just don't love to do, or it's something that your growing business no longer allows you to have the time to complete.

While I excel at using spreadsheets (they're fun!), I understand that some businesses may need a program. If that is you, no worries! My job is to help make your business life a little easier, because you and your business truly are worth it!

I am currently enrolled at McDowell Technical Community College to gain more professional experience so that I can serve you the best.

My current client list includes a local nonprofit, a residential contractor, and an esthetician. Total bookkeeping experience including my own previous product based business is almost 4 years.
