Friday Fun 🍽️
BBQ Chicken Drumsticks with Oven Potatoes

Easy meals always win around here 😄🍗🥔

You’ll need:

• 8 chicken drumsticks
• 1½ lbs potatoes, cut into chunks
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°
Line a sheet pan with foil or parchment paper
Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
Spread potatoes on one side of the pan
Place drumsticks on the other side
Bake for 35 minutes
Brush drumsticks generously with BBQ sauce
Return to oven for another 10–15 minutes until chicken is cooked through and slightly caramelized

Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for extra crispiness 🔥
